Inquiries and suggestions can be submitted here. Innnes has established a policy for handling messages with the aim of promoting increased customer satisfaction, transparency and efficiency. Efforts are made to respond to inquiries as soon as possible and Innnes' goal is to respond within 2 days of receiving the inquiry.
Innnes maintains a list of suggestions and inquiries received as well as information on their processing. The register is only for use by Innnes' service, sales and marketing department. Copies of general queries are stored in the content management system for 2 months. Copies of quality and safety issues are stored for 12 months.
