Deep-fried OREO
The most popular dessert at Fjallkonan since its opening. The recipe is based on 8 OREO cookies per serving as a dessert.

How many are eating?
Ingredients
- OREO 128 pcs
- Milk 1 liter
- wheat 930 g
- sugar 75 g
- baking powder 30 g
- salt 3 g
- oil 270 g
- egg yolks 6 pcs
- egg whites 6 pcs
Instructions
Mix everything together except for the egg whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the batter at the end.
Dip the OREO into the batter and deep-fry for about two minutes at 180°C (one minute on each side).
Serve with ice cream and fresh berries, and dust with powdered sugar.
