Equality and equal pay policy

The purpose and goal of equality and Innnes' equal pay policy is to promote gender equality in accordance with the Act on Equal Status and Equal Rights for Women and Men no. 10/2008, including that comparable salaries are paid for the same or equivalent jobs, so that the aim is that there is no unexplained gender pay gap at Innnes.
