Quality Policy
Innnes' policy is to ensure food safety and to always deliver quality products made from premium ingredients to its customers.
Innnes puts the customer first and provides service that takes the customer´s expectations into account. Good communication plays an important role in this, both for internal and external customers.
Innnes operates a certified quality system according to the international food safety standard ISO 22000 and the quality system is certified by BSI in Iceland. Innnes meets requirements for the import, storage and distribution of organic products, and is certified by Tún.
Innnes promotes active quality awareness among employees through organised and regular training. Emphasis is placed on key processes (receipt of goods, correct labelling, storage and distribution), internal controls and continuous improvement.
Innnes regularly monitors its progress on food quality and safety and presents to stakeholders.
Innnes always complies with legal requirements.

- Provide employees with training and education on food quality and safety
- Handle food safely
- Do business with responsible suppliers and service providers
- Have first-class facilities for importing, storing and distributing food
