Safty policy
Innnes ehf, is constantly working on preventive plans in order to promote the health of its employees and ensure their safety in the workplace. Targeted and preventive measures seek to significantly reduce or eliminate work-related illnesses and accidents of employees.
Innnes promotes active safety awareness of employees, customers and guests with visible safety rules, presentations, organized and regular training.
Innnes seeks to find and manage risk in a targeted manner. Risk assessment is reassessed annually. Procedures for key processes, housing and equipment are risk assessed with regard to the health and safety of employees and the quality of food.
Internal audits are performed according to an audit plan at regular intervals. Internal audits aim to examine the need for action and to promote continuous security improvements.
